| Background: | The pre retirement training may be relevant for many healthcare staff that often have very little information in understanding of pensions and wills. Therefore the pre retirement training provided by Oak Tree Financial Training on behalf of Heart of England Foundation NHS Trust, intends to provide knowledge and information for staff to enable them to identify any pension related queries. To enhance their existing knowledge and attend the Pre Retirement Course may be beneficial to them. |

| Participants: | This course is open to all employees in the Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust, who feel they may benefit from the course prior to retirement.Requests are also accepted by managers, applying for training on the behalf of their staff, who may require additional learning on this topic. |
