Putting Leadership into Action:

In preparation for the roll out of the Trust's new elite4 leadership programme in autumn, the first of two action learning master classes took place this month. The two day workshop was facilitated by Birmingham University Health Service Management Centre. Those who participated will be among the first group of Trust action learning facilitators who will support the new elite4 leadership programme. A second two day master class will take place in September.
