Page Introduction
This is the main place to look for any information on training, career development or any aspect of continuing professional education and has updated information on how you can access these provisions. |
The SAS Committee at HEFT are proud to announce booking for our 3rd Annual HEFT SAS Doctors' conference is underway. This is going to be on the 1st March 2012, with many key SAS stakeholders speaking on a wide range of subjects greatly useful to SAS doctors' development.
We are delighted to have secured Birmingham City Football Club as our conference venue, just off the Coventry Road. The day will be from 1.00 - 8.30pm, with a lunch to open, and a dinner served after our first speakers, not to forget a poster presentation award ceremony for our doctors. The programme of all events will follow shortly. Please click here to reserve a place at the conference. Spaces are limited to 80 delegates, so please book soon to avoid disappointment. SAS Doctors' Poster Competition Our annual poster competition returns at the conference, and it's open for all SAS doctors in HEFT to enter, with £150 and a trophy to be won for the best poster, and two prizes of £100 each for two runners up. The poster's theme is "Innovation or Achievement by SAS Doctors", and we expect for entrants to demonstrate service and quality of care improvements, as well as personal and professional developments, to be in with a chance of winning. Please click here to view all details and rules for entry. The cut-off date to submit a poster is the 10/02/2012 at 5pm. |
