Healthcare Education for Today and Tomorrow

We provide undergraduate medical education for 3rd 4th and 5th year medical students at three sites, Heartlands Hospital, Bordesley Green East; Good Hope Hospital, Sutton Coldfield and Solihull Hospital, Solihull. The Undergraduate offices co-ordinate placements for students in collaboration with the West Midlands Deanery and local Higher Education Institutes across the 3 main hospitals of the Trust. The Trust takes 3rd Year students for a medical and surgical module; 4th Year EDE, ARICM and Oncology (GHH & BHH) , CR, MS and GUM BHH only. 5th Year Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics and AGENDA. There are also students attached for special study modules. The Trust has also provided placements for Physician Assistant students from the University of Birmingham.
