The role of Faculty Associate Educator is to promote the excellent care of patients and their families through professional education in service situated learning.  The Trust aspires to be the most exciting and influential health care provider and as such the aim of the Faculty Associate Educator is to help establish HEFT Faculty of Education as national innovator and leader in the field of healthcare education and research that underpins service/ work situated learning.
