| Experience: | Kerry has over 25 years experience in nursing and midwifery. She has worked in education roles both clinically and within higher education. Kerry has worked as Quality Manager for education at West Midlands Strategic Health Authority and more recently has held a portfolio including: being Director of an independent consultancy business specialising in healthcare education and quality assurance; working as Policy Manager at the Nuffield Trust for Research and Policy Studies in Health Services; and as a research fellow and Lecturer at Keele University. Her most recent work includes the development of a quality assurance framework and methodology for healthcare education contracts for the East of England Strategic Health Authority region. |

| Education: | Kerry’s research interests include clinical education and supporting learning within communities of practice. Her PhD research led to the development of a modelling framework and tool for supporting practice situated education. |
